The new Citrix Workspace app (formerly known as Citrix Receiver) provides a great user experience - a secure, contextual, and unified workspace - on any device. I have managed to find a workaround which is to launch Citrix Workspace directly (i.e. Citrix Workspace app also has full integration of Citrix Content Collaboration (formerly ShareFile) in the new Files tab. Customers using Citrix Receiver are strongly recommended to upgrade to Citrix Workspace app. For iOS users that launch the desktop via Citrix Workspace, the iPad camera and Microphone is not detected as installed devices in the desktop session.
